- Greater Access to Legal and Tax Benefits: Startups that register under the new Super Companies modalities will be able to access tax benefits and legal support that facilitate their growth and sustainability.
- Promotion of Innovation and Entrepreneurship: These measures seek to promote a friendlier environment for the creation of new business ideas, encouraging innovation without bureaucratic procedures being an obstacle.
